Hourly fee for assistance starts from EUR 30
Standard service hours are Mon to Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Exceptionally and by separate agreement also on weekends and public holidays).

Customer communication
Ordering products/services on behalf of the client
Managing customer orders
Organising the client’s administration and maintenance activities
Asking for quotes
Working with Word and Excel documents
Upon agreement, we prepare and issue sales invoices on behalf of the client
